Halloween Festivities

So, if you live in Hoboken or The Paulus Hook, chances are you have already hung the fake spider webs and giant spiders on the front of the house.  You have a pumpkin on the porch ready for carving.  But what next?  How do you really get into the Halloween spirit?  On Saturday, October 26, grab some friends and head up to the Landmark Loew’s theater for a Black and White night.  At 6:30,  the classic Bride of Frankenstein starring Boris Karloff and Elsa Lanchester kicks off the night to be followed at 8:30 by Phantom of the Opera the way it was intended – Lon Chaney starring in the SILENT picture with LIVE organ accompaniment.  If you haven’t experienced a movie here, you should.  For more info, call the theater at 201-798-6055 or log on to their website www.loewsjersey.org
